How come the mansions here in Ft Lauderdale do not put in blinds/shades?

Went on the Jungle Queen cruise for something to do while visiting the area last night.
The host/MC mentioned about what you can see going by these houses and how they dont have blinds.
Wouldn't you know it as we went by one of these nice/huge window mansions a women has no top on, sees our ship and bends down so you can's see her tata's till the ship passes.
Must be nice to be her neighbor.
Im amazed how many you can see right into. I guess to show off there nice pads.

some sucker paid good money for those and couldn't get them back in the divorce and she just wants to show off the goods. It is South Florida you know. All good, just kidding, I hope nobody gets offended.

Also, if there were drapes and they were pulled open, they would have been away from the edge of the window so as not to get in the way of the view.
