SCOPE is proud to present this non-profit event to performance boaters not only locally, but across the country. Is there a better way to wrap up your performance boating year than a warm sunny weekend in Southern California with over 100 other performance boaters testing the waves between Long Beach, Catalina and Newport (long course)?
