I will be using the Y2K as my daily driver to work during the warm months on the Hudson River.
From Chelsea Piers in Manhattan to Piermont NY, 26mi each way!
Doesn't get much better in terms of a commute.
I also plan to use it to get to Montauk for the weekends... we'll see how feasible that is.
