I have a quick question then you can delete this thread...... I have an open bow boat with bow rails. Im having some fiberglass work done and looking at the possibilty of having the bow rails removed. The Shop im using told to find out if legally there needs to be a bow rail for the front passengers? Also im located in california, figured i let you know because our state has a crap ton of rules.... Thanks
