Default 97' Scarab 26 Prop

When I purchased the boat it had a pro-charged 502 running a cleaver style prop. What is a good prop to start with for a stock 502?

The scarbs love mirage plus blade like a 25, or go with bravo 1 maybe a 24 . The blade needs to be a round ear for bow lift . Here is something to try a solas hr titan 25 the 4 blade prop has a good ride and it is a high rack blade for bow lift. Put one on my friends 272 boss and gained 3 mph and a good ride scott

cleaver style was a pain-- really easy to blow the prop

I have seen other Scarabs wth 3blades

I picked up a pair of Hustler 19" props from Turning Point as a trial for my Nova II which had 21" SS cleavers on it when I bought it. For an aluminum prop they far exceeded my expectations, especially for $97 new with hub kit. I'll be upgrading to a pair of their SS props this summer.

I run a Bravo 24. Awesome handling. I haven't had it sharpened and balanced yet. I'm gettin about4900-5000 rpm, but I was going to have cut a little when the prop gets reworked.
