I use Merc High performance gear lube in mine.
For the Transmisions I use B&M Trick shift. So far they seem to shift much nicer with the Trick shift in them then regular ATF. You can mix the Trick shift at any percentage you want to with ATF, or use it full strength. I use it full strength.
