Anyone have experiance with this head unit yet? Will it work with the older remotes on the XM3?

Looks like it uses different wired remotes.

CMD6 and the CMV1 do have different wired remotes and cables from the previous models. CMV1 is a very nice piece. Remotes have built in IR receivers. You can point the wireless remote at the wired remote and control the source unit. I am very familiar with them. If you have any specific questions, I'd be glad to help.
