Be careful! Don't put the knock on Powerboat or Matt Tulio will get after you. LOL.

Like most paper publications, it is going the way of the internet. So I guess we'll have to find something else to read in the crapper

I will not renew either. The coverage is terrible, they cater to the $ 500K plus boat builders for the most part and forgot about the average guy.

I agree. Theres nothing "in between". Would love to see some stuff like where a guy has a older top gun and converts to konrads, or re-rigs, raceboat restorations, stuff like that. Like how the muscle car magazines feature resto stories, engine swaps, etc. Even a article where say a guy installs a set of headers on his 454 mags and labs his props, and provide dyno or mph results.

Even the classified ad's are filled with nothing but 200k and up boats.

Almost every boat they test is a west coast deck boat with Teague power. Jeff

maybe they all lost interest. even last summers shoot out issue, they were there ,and in the book there was what 5 pictures , and probably just there freinds boats. I agree articles on upgrades/resto. since many of us are stuck in our boats.teague could answer more than 2 questions. look at some old issues and there use to be alot of good articles and the magazine was worth reading. maybe those guys are just getting old and burned out.
