July 10/ Ohio River "break'em Out" Poker Run Owensboro,ky
3rd Annual "Break'em Out" Poker Run
FOR BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF AMERICA
Run is about 50 Miles. Our final stop is on a secluded island. The island is one heck of a party and good time. Alot of people end up camping or staying on their boats since the party can creep into the morning! Just $40 gets you a hand and gets you and your rider a t shirt, and pizza. Our website will go live on friday of this week and include registration and more pics from previous years runs. I can help arrange hotel rooms and shuttles for those who wish not to camp or sleep on their boats. We do give out winning prizes but we make a large donation to the BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF AMERICA. Last year we had 35 boats in the event and over 300 people at the party. I would love to see some support from OFFSHOREONLY members. If we get enough new power boats this year we will be adding a photographer or helicopter to the event.

I can honestly say that I have not heard a thing about this run!? I "used" to buy alot of parts from Mitch Hall (sold outboard), But I will be checking back in with you and get a group from E'ville up there for the run!!! Sounds like alot of FUN !!!

Just thought that I would note...you don't have to pull up on a beach. the water is about waste deep 100 yards out. Most people tie their boats up out there and sit or stand in the water also. Look forward to seeing some of you guys join us this year!!!

There will be a brand new hotel that a buddy of mine is building. Should be done by then I will check with him. It is a Courtyard Marriott right by a bunch of restaurants and bars. As stated before there will a lot of people who will stay in their cuddys on the island for the real party
