Whats the best way to ship bravo drives?

I made a crate out of plywood with a frame. Put expandable foam around the drive in a plastic bag and made a mold. Strapped the drive to the frame. Shipped them. They were the heavy TRS drives that I had on my last cigarette

I wish I could post pics. My drives were thrown in a box full of peanuts. What a mess!

Split them in two and pack securely in two boxes.

Or protect them and strap them to a pallet.

Even the Mercury boxes are no guarantee for a safe arrival.

build 2 seperate boxes like these ,these boxes where made by a guy who shipped me 2 XR's by UPS , after a small repair, and some more packing, they will be ready to ship. these 2 are listed on OSO "OBO".

Who did you guys use to ship? UPS freight?

For heavy items I have found better results and rates from freight companies.

I just save the boxes that were shipped to me and reuse them
