I can buy this set of crossovers but i want the bypass system how do i make these into that, also what for t stat housing do i need.

Looks like you would have to use a T fitting. Then add the fittings for hoses. Could start look like a mess of fittings. Sell these and get ones with a seperate bypass. It is ussually a smaller pipe thread and will look and function much better.
