Had it tuned up this winter and yesterday here is what I noticed. Had 7 people on the boat so we were weighed down pretty good, along with 2 full tanks, and a full water tank. With drives all the way down I was turning 4800 full throttle. When I began to trim up at all they didn't go much higher than rpm wise but I just got real bouncy. I am running Bravo 1 22 PITCH 4 BLADES. Anyone have any suggestions? I really don't know much about propping and gear ratios of boats, and am never to ashamed to ask for help.

Sounds like the right pitch to me.
When they test boats, they use a minimal amount of fuel and no gear, so keep that in mind. Most boats in the real world will not see the same numbers as tested, since you always have fuel , coolers and more passengers.
As stated above, if you run with 1/4 tank, 2 people and minimal gear, you should be all over the rev limiters.

4800 and loaded sounds pretty good. I think bravos are a good choice for your boat and if you go to a 3 blade I think you will lose some cruise speed and getting on plain would be harder when loaded down. Five blade you would lose more rpm on top unless you went to a smaller pitch. IMHO stick with what you got....mabey you can lab it a little to fit you needs better?
