Is a power steering reservoir needed on a dual ram external steering system. I also need to replace the steering pulley the auto parts store has a larger than mercruiser's stock pulley the larger pulley will make the pump spin slower which may be good or bad. Anyone running a larger pulley or no reservoir . Thanks for any info. Jp
