hey guys after a long winter overhaul of the engine i got the boat out over the weekend for some tune time!! engine makes approx 415 hp sbc boat is 21 ft long alpha drive and with a mirage 23p it saw 61 on gps at 5100. torque is great from 30mph to 60mph is almost instant! just really wanted a little more top speed out of her any prop suggestions?

sounds about right.. maybe upgrade the motor with a few more ponys.. stick with a 3 blade. I had a 21 and it had around 450 hp.. did 73 gps at 5500.. 23 worked over prop.. maybe get it labbed.. go to a prop slip calculator and check the slip ratio..

i also have a 21 mirage plus do you think i should try it? or would it be a waste of time?

nah dont try that prop cause its in my garage now lol
