Default Upgrades to a 454 gen VI...

Ive been on the forum for awhile, but never created an account until now......Anyhow, got a few questions. Ive got an 01 Sunsation aggresor with a 454mpi gen VI. Like most people, I want more power without spending alot of money or changing motors.. It seems as if I need to go with heads, intake, ecm, exhaust, and cam. Im basicly wanting to get about 75-100 hp. My question is, what parts should i get? I found a 502 FI intake complete for 500.00. Im not sure on what cam ( lift, duration), or heads to get. I see theres alot of aluminum BBC heads on Ebay for around a 1,000.00. Just lookin for any good advise or possibly used parts.. Thanks.

not a mag. I dont think bottom end would handle much boost. Not wanting to build anything too radical. I may just upgrade cam and exhaust.
