I have a HD gimbal.. it`s the fiber washers that fit between the ring and the bell housing...I ordered part number 12-41721
but when are not correct , they are metal thick washers..
This is the only thing keeping me from putting thins thing back together dammit.
Another possibility is 12-806241.
I don`t wanna pay another$20 handling fee from Bam for a $3 washer and be wrong again.
thanx

Sorry for the problem, if we sent you the wrong washers we for sure want to make it right, what was the order number?
It looks like someone in the warehouse is going to get a beating.
Actually my guys are very good, this does not happen often.
From what I remember Randy can handle most anything.

Hey you guys are from the same place where my boat was born
$hit happens no biggie.. I bought the right washers, sending the wrong ones back, it`ll cost me more in postage than they are worth...
so not sure what you guys can do....
Anyway my order number was 321970
thanx
Dan

Dan, looks like you ordered 2 of the 806241 washers and only 1 of the 41721.
The 806241 is the thick metal washer that sits in the recess of the HD bell housing. Yes the 41721 is the thin fiber washer.
In any case glad you got it solved. If you ever have a question just send us an email, we respond pretty fast.
Actually, originaly we are from Chicago. Been here since 97

Not that it matters but I never received a fiber washer,if I had I would have known the part number, just got two metal washers, along with an o ring, and drive cable washer.. I`m pretty sure I never ordered any 806241 washers.. either way just beat someone in the warehouse just to make sure and we`re all good
