What are people running in their BW transmissions for fluid? Just straight up type-f or synthetic blends?

I just use regular Valvoline type F

We use non synthetic type F.

Here are the rusults of actual tests we did in house with our older graphite plates in our Dry Sump trans. As you can see there is a big spread.
