Default If you were a part on my prop...what would you be called?

I have twin XR drives with two Mirage Plus props. The props are in two pieces where there's this solid hub piece with four plastic "shims", four silicone-like pieces that go under the shims, and then the main prop assembly slides ontop of all that.

I need to replace the little silicone guys and can also do the shim things too. What are all those called? Is there a hub kit that includes everything all in one shot?

Thx

Sounds kind of like the HP Flo-torq hub, but a pic of what you have would help.
Is it this one?

If not, here is a whole page of different hub kits:

It sounds like your describing the "snubber strips" for an XR hub, part #840382A1.

My boat is still in storage for another week, so I couldn't get pics.

I found an image of the hub that I have:

So it looks like the snubber strips are what I was looking for!

Thanks for the help!
