Heard there's some rumblins up there ... mite be a new "sheriff" in town ... Anybody got the scoop ?

interesting.... all i know is i bought a 15 year old boat and Doug has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. the way he treated me and the pride he takes in his work, i would have thought i purchased a brand new saber from him. never in my years of boating have i expierenced such great customer service.

when I had the transom filled, exhaust holes ,steering,bravo cut out done and had the ace box cut out done. the old timer working on it SAID BOY WHO EVER BUILT THIS BOAT. HAS A LOVE OF BOATS AND DID NOT BUILD IT FOR MONEY BUT LOVE, ITS THE BEST GLASS WORK AND CONSTRUCTION HE EVER SAW. and he works on touch ups on cigs and other custom boats in maine plus he works for SABER BOATS there more of a fishing boat. so Doug thanks for a great hull and Dean lets go on the motor. it will be3 great pieces when done SABER HULL/KONRAD DRIVE/ GELLNER POWER.

Not questioning the build quality ... Never have ! I would not have owned / built 4 boats with them if there was any question about that . I've got the old checks that back it up over the last 16 years . Supposedly there's another guy up there that wants to take over the 41 and 47 business . I was sniffing around here to see if anybody had heard anything on this topic . Anybody ? Bueller ?
