Default Show me your dock...

What makes your dock stand out from your neighbors? What do you like about it and dis-like?

Your "I wish I had's"???

I'm kickin' some tire's here in Oklahoma....
Hoping for some insight.

I have an aluminum shoremaster dock that I pull out for the winter. Cedar decking. Only thing that makes it stand out is the led lighting (solar) that changes color.

I'm in the swimming pool business made plans to put a hot tub in my dock (in, not on) but couldnt get it approved. i'll do it for someone else if they want to deal with the red tape. i think it would be an awsome plan.

My summer place in Canada. Pic 1 was when it was high maintenance cedar then later finished with a synthetic recycled product like around the hot tub pic that will never need refinishing which I like of coarse.

Dock is different than neighbors in that I'm on a shallow bay and needed some length to get into deep water. Years ago I was able to get a permit to dredge a channel into the boathouse but no chance of that with today's regulations.

How would I like it there for a Summer House (Live in So. Cal)
Want to be able to Water Ski in the AM and PM and run fast in my Skater during the day. What advice on what part of the lake to look into to? I was thinking about rentinmg something for a week or two this August with a Dock. Any advice.
