I have tried and its pretty much impossible. I know thats not what you wanted to hear but>>>>>>>>>>>I would just find another air to water thats similar in size at least thats what I did. I wasnt paying prochargers ridiculous price for theirs.

I replaced a Procharger 504 intercooler with an aftermarket unit. It was a little larger at about approx. 580 sq. in., so I had to remote mount it. It had the same hookups as the Procharger unit so it was a real easy install. You just can't put it on the engine. I found the company through their ebay store. It was only about $250-$300. The intercooler has been in the boat for about a year and a half on almost 950 hp and has been flawless. I will try to find their info and get back to you.

That is where we got the one that we used from. It was about $300. Works great.

I also replaced a leaking procharger 504 intercooler with a frozen boost unit so far no problems.
I have the old one @ my freinds shop and they are going to try to fix it, I will let you know how it goes.
I could not believe how much Procharger wanted for a replacement!!!
