Who builds the Fastest Stepped Bottom in a 39 to 42 wide Beam?

Skater&Fountain V's 39&42 with 525's 90-100 mph with a cabin a little less??

Man this is a winter time deal, more time for fighting. Outerlimits, Nortech, Hustler, Cigarette, Fountain. All the top builders are in the 90-100 mph range with twin 525's. Just pick one you like and buy it. I perfer the first 2 builders I listed but not much on either of their 39s The new Hustler looks good and the Cig too.

Outerlimits if you want a boat with a full cockpit and cabin with alot of room with an 8+ft beam.

Damm...if your going to list all of them....throw in the 39 Dragon then....

Wide beam? That's an oxi moron when talking about offshore boats.

Fastest T/S? Fountain builds (or did build) the fastest T/S hull proven by a record that stands today. I'd say second to that OL maybe...?

There's more to a boat than top speed in flat water though.

OL will give you 114 with stock 700's in a 41 Super Leggera. 9'2" beam and full cabin. 115 40 GTX 625 Ilmor's, 5 man sit down 1/2 cabin and still 9'2 beam. Both boats love rough water. New SL 44 will run 137 w/ twin teague 1200's and A whole lot faster with OPL 1375's, on pump gas. Both Full Cabin and 9'2 beam.
