I would like to see if anyone has a set of props for K drives.
Running 1000hp on a heavy Cat. Think the ones I have now are 34p but would not mind 32 or 30 possibly Any thoughts?
Going to the lake this week to put numbers together for the current pitch I have on there now. Anyone else running an excalibur cat that can help?
Thanks!
I just figured out why I could not turn them over 3ooo rps...... bad tachs.

Once you get some accurate numbers, let us know. Depending on the rpm/speed, the ability to get on plane and the boats attitude, the current propellers may have room for adjustment as far as blade area, pitch, diameter etc. to get you where you need to be.
Otherwise we can use these new numbers to determine the best props to search for.

I need to get some additional numbers w the set I have, if it ever quits raining and I get this tach situation under control. I do believe I will be looking for a four or five blade as It is a twin iron set up. I spin the crud out of the 16.5's coming out of the hole and dont think 3's will work. But let me check some things out and Ill get back to you.
Try them out before I buy if they might work?

I have some 17.5 x 29 four blades that should work. These were checked by Throttle Up and are in perfect condition.
I also have SS bushings to convert these and any other Mercury No. 6 props to your splines/application.
Email if you are interested in the props or bushings and I'll send pics.
