want to install stock 502 cast flame arrestor. engine had an adaptor to a cone style filter. The studs that I got with the arrestor do not seem to work. They are 8 1/2" long, fine thread on one end and course on the other. At mid length there is a collar. How do I tighten up the arrestor, throttle-body, and intake?
