Wow, I have been absent! I have an 04 w/twin HO's and she runs right at 78gps in winter (65 temp), 100 gal fuel and two adults. The problem is, anything past 70 or so she begins to chine walk! Fixed the problem with Dana 1000T tabs and a really good prop match.

I had the same problem with chine walk. I added a set of EM tabs last year and helped it out. A guy we boat with has a 30. Its actually in the OSO classifieds now. He has a pr of 550`s and it runs in the low 90`s. He doesnt have any tabs. Im not sure if he had chine walk problems or not. What props you running?

Im running 28 Bravo 1's matched and the pitch softened to about a 27. The matching made a big difference. Cant imagine his doesnt walk, another so cal guy has one with 525's and its a handful. It was a powerboat cover story and even Bob Teague worried about it prior to the tabs.
