I have a 1994 scarab 29 with 350s , the starboard engine will not keep up with the port engine, no odd noises , good oil pressure, where do I start searching for the problem?

First thing I would look at is to make sure your carb is fully opening with the throttle all the way forward. Next would be to check to see if that motor has dropped a cylinder due to a bad plug or plug wire. It can be difficult to audibly detect a miss on a wet exhuast motor. If those two things check out, perform a leak down test.
