Chicago Slip w/ 20,000 lb lift

I'm new to this chat thing as well as new to the site. Later today I'm putting up a classified about boat slips in Chicago available for race boats. But, I thought I would reach out to those who might be listening now and point them to the classified.

I had a partner on my Formula that had a recent heart attack and we decided it was best to sell the boat on his behalf. But, that leaves me with a beautiful 38' dockominium with a lift in Downtown Chicago that I am putting up for lease.

I've always been surprised we haven't seen more race boats in our marina. I have a number of slips that could work out for a group of boaters ie: 32', 38', 50', and 60' slips for lease now. We have a fun marina, and there seems to be more female boaters coming in this year more then ever.

I wish there was a category for boat slips on this website.

Welcome to the boards. Are you looking for just full season rental or would you be interested in renting one out for a week or two?
