Default Anyone know the Merc number for the fiber washer for rear engine mount?

I have been calling these part dept.s and some don't even know what im talking about.
Im looking for the part number for the fiber washer that has the spring in it for the back of the motor mount.

What does the washer really do,I dont see any impressions in it after use.

Keeping the lockwasher in the center during engine install ,so the bolt can go thru easy ,I don,t think that the washer is being pressurised much ,cause of the rear part of the engine is sitting on the lockwashers

I thought that was what the electrical tape was for
