fired up motors yesterday and put drive in gear and notoced with no props on the shaft on the one drive has a slight wobble to it and the other one spins perfect never noticed it before and both lowers have been done in past 2 years, will it hurt to run it. It is maybe out 30 thousands but it is tight coming out of the case so it must be very slighlty bent.

It is the start of the season, I'd fix it now. It could eventually take out all those new parts in the drive. My old alpha was perfect one season, didn't hit a thing with the prop that I could feel or see on the prop as far as prop damage, then found it bent about the same. I don't recommend running with known problems as they always find a way to go from bad to total destruction in the blink of an eye.

Think about the forces in play here.
Take one wobbly shaft, add ten pounds of SS prop and rotate vigorously at 3500 RPM ( assuming 1.5 to 1 drive ratio ) while applying a load of several thousand pounds against the blades and you have the recipe for a torn up lower unit.

Judging by your pic with the twisted prop shaft, I'd say you have seen some air time in the boat. Gotta get faster on the sticks!!

A wobbly shaft is going to wear out your propshaft bearings and you'll probably feel some vibration.
The propshaft is one of the easiest parts to replace as there's no shimming involved.. Pull the carrier, put a new bearing on the shaft, new race and seals in the carrier, seal/install and tighten to the proper rolling pre-load, you're done... Take her for a spin and re-check pre-load.
