Lake George: Queen's Boating Weekend Photos by Sharkey-Images
I'm back from a very exciting weekend in Lake George, NY for the Queen's Boating Weekend event.
It was great to be back in Lake George ! The area is simply beautiful.
For starters I would like to thank Performance Marine, Jason & Johnny Saris, Norman D., and North Country Heliflite Bruce Mowery for all of their support of this event and of Sharkey-Images.
Currently processing the images from the 3 demo races, and additional coverage.
This event will be placed under my BOAT SHOW Gallery on my site. One Gallery has finished uploading. "On The Docks" which includes Rowing Race, Boat Show, Cars, Trucks, Drivers Meeting, and other activities.
I will post images as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience...

Coming into the Hotel Friday Night I stumbled upon this newspaper in the lobby. One of the images I shot of the Saris Team. It was so cool to have my young daughters pick it up and say, "Hey Dad, Look at this !" as I explained to them that I took that picture... They were very excited...
Congrats to the Saris Offshore Racing Team for making the Front Page !!!

Thanks !
The pilot knew several of the people that were spectating. So if you were referring to some of the hovering times we dropped low, he knew them.
I was fine with the flying. Occasionally I needed to instruct him to pull away from the boats as I couldn't fit them in my lens, but overall everything went very well.

I figured you would sleep in after that event !
It was great meeting up with your dad and taking a tour of the shop.
(pics to come)
Now get busy on the Krypto. You have me worried you may not make the race next weekend...
