I have my imco 2" shorty listed in the classifieds,has imco vert shaft,max worx billet xr prop shaft and bearing carrier,15/19 xr gears,imco flushing tool included. Was on my boat for total of 7 hours since new,did not help my setup so I'm not going to sit on it. will sell it complete for 3250$,will put brand new merc 15/19 gears in it (the 15/19's in it now have 7 hours,(4 or so break in and 3 running it hard) for another 200$ and keep the others or may sell it with no prop shaft,carrier or gears for 1800$.
