need some help on buying a 2005 25 outlaw 496 ho advice please

i am a small motorcycle and atv dealer and have the chance to buy this 2005 baja 25 outlaw with a 496 ho. its a repo and its a clean boat with awsome color scheme and i want to upgrade from my 2000 baja h2x 385 hp. the only problem is it say s in condition report that it uses coolant while running. compresion is good, no motor noise, and boat is spotless. now i understand thses mechanics at the auction could be on crack but maybe there not. what could it be? below i am posting a copy of the report
i have been looking around and the cheapest i can find one for is 39000-41000. my guess is i can buy it for 30000-34000

Couple of quick tips.
1. Yes 496 MAG and the 496 HO motors use coolant. Howerver it says "burning coolant" obviously something is wrong, my guess coolant pump housing or exhaust, but COULD BE A CRACKED BLOCK.
2. The description has a 496 HO (425hp and then lists ho as (375) would actually make it a 496 Mag. Big differance about $6,000 purchase price different. And obviously 50hp.
If it runs and you can pick it up for 30K you should be OK, but not knowing much about Outlaws and Merc motors, your taking a big risk could be OK could be expensive.
To give you an idea, if the motor is PHUCKED, you could be looking at $13,000 for a new motor and then your at what you could have purchased a nice used one at??

it runs and idles fine, doesnt get hot, no knocking or ticking, but it used coolant.
will it use it than puke it back into the bottle in th engine area. dont know only boat i ahave owned is a 454 mag

as for coolant, imagine a car motor using a radiator, however in this application the 496 has a thermal excahnge as a radiator taking cool water from the lake/ocean and using it to cool the coolant running through the motor.
I got to be honest, this is pretty basic information, and if you are not fully aware of what you are bidding on you may get taken. You own a motorcycle shop, imagine a friend calling you who is going to bid on a repo Harley and all he knows is it is a Harley that runs with coolant leaking????
I respect you trying to get a deal but you really need to do allot of home work, many of us on here have worked at boat dealers or know these boat/motors inside and out and we still get stuck sometimes.
I really wish you the best of luck, maybe you can find a marine mechanic and just pay him $$$ to go look at it with you??
