Hey all, been a long time since I posted on here. Well the work still continues on the boat even after 2 years. Long story short, I have a bi-fold cabin entry door with the lift up hatch. I recently installed an all new powdercoated dash and wanted to paint and powdercoat the cabin entry pieces to match. So i took the cabin entry apart. Found 3 spots where the metal trim piece that encloses the entire opening was broke. Had a guy I know weld it for me and he's since turned into a big DICK and I will probably never see the part again.
DOES ANYONE BY CHANCE HAVE ONE?? I cannot put the cabin entry pieces back together at all, so I have this huge gaping hole in my boat. This is the metal piece that screws into the fiberglass around the opening. the plexiglass then drops into it and fastens down. the cabin door and hatch bolt to this. Fellow 260 owners I know you know what I'm talking about. If ANYONE has one, please let me know. I need one bad!
Thanks in advance!!!
I'm not sure what I would enjoy more...having my cabin entry assembled again and looking great or being able to call this tool and telling him to show that part directly up his a$$
