Which of these 2 boats??

Hey guys I am looking into buying my 2nd boat. The 2 boats I am looking at are a 2000 IMP VIPER 240 with a 454 and a 1998 BAJA 232 with a 454 they are both priced around the same range. I have never riden in or driven either and I was hoping for some pros and cons? Any and all comments will be appreciated!!
