I hope you guys dont mid me starting out with a ?
Just to give you guys a quick run down on my boat it is a 1988 27ft 454 mag. with a 1.5 bravo 1 with a small cam and intake and a holley carb also performance mufflers I bought it 3yr ago off C/L used it for one summer (my first boat ) then paid a place to store it for the winter and when i came back in spring my drive and prop where gone ....... I was crushed because I let my insurance lap over the winter yes I know that was dumb live an learn you know. I am now just getting all the parts together to put my baby back in the water I want to be in no later then july 1st wish me luck lol. I have a drive on the way from Victory Marine out of TX. I am really not sure where to start with a prop I have a 3 blade 25p but Iam sure thats way to much right ?? what are you guys running ??? any help would be very helpfull Thank you

Should I just get the 19p mirage I went to sea rays web site and thats what it stated for the factory prop. dose that sound right and if so what diameter then ........... am I over thinking this ????

Wish I could help you but I'm still running the stock Alpha setup. I am running the three blade Mirage 21 pitch with the 1:32 drive.

Hey thanks a lot for the reply Flamingo !!!!! I am burning up my budget quick thats why I dont want to make a mistake with the prop.The reman drive should be here today I hope.......... and I will post about that when it shows so we all will know if Victory Marine is a good source for drives.

Ya it looked nice ...... I didnt go on it or anything I just took a quick peak while I was there picking up a few parts for my boat I should of asked how many Hrs where on it

Well its a no show ........ so I called Scott and he stated it was not shipped yet for some reason and he was very nice about it seamed like somone just drop the ball thats all maybe never called for the pick up .......... I hope thats all it is. he said it would be here on friday or monday. I dont mind the waite just as long as I am not waiting for a pice of junk we will see I will keep you guys updated

wow so no one with a p-27 454 b1 1.5 will share what prop they are running beside flamingo ?

Pachanga27 might be able to give you some insight. I have twin 350s with alphas on mine.
