I'm sure Vagrant has a nice set up, but if your interested, I just ordered a four person complete set up that's wired to also work with my VHF radio from Steve at Performance Radios. It is Sweet.
Used Icom radio, everything is hardwired, very nice connections with cam shell cover where each person can plug their headsets right in. Everyone can talk to each other, and everyone can hear the VHF. Only two can talk back on the VHF.
