My cousin has a '06 220 select sea ray with a 5.0. His gas gauge quit working. If the gauge tests good would it be the sending unit or is there something with the smart craft that could cause it? Any help. Thanks.

Chances are it's the sender. It's easy and pretty cheap to replace as long as you can easily access it.
