Push Pin Fender Holders?
I have no idea if I said that correctly but a friend is looking for the push pin type of holders that you has a rope for the bumper for his boat?

I believe its 40 bucks for the female piece and 30 for the male piece. Works great, I purchased the 1/2 inch and the work GREAT. If you want to save a couple bucks, buy four female pieces and 2 male. Works for me.
