Trim Tabs drawing power when idle

Trim Tabs drawing power when idle
I get a draw from one pump when not in use, killed one battery already. Ive isolated it as it was hooked directly to the battery.. any ideas?

probably a bad solenoid.....they should be open and not allowing anything through unless energized.
