Default Need ideas on how to mount wind deflectors

I bought some windaway deflectors for a boat I'm restoring. Now I need to figure out how to mount them on the top of my dash.

I have no lip or windshield to clamp them to.

I'd like to rig something that's somewhat aesthetic and possibly removable. I thought about a stainless tube with butterfly bolts, but I haven't seen a threaded stainless grommet that I could mount in the dash, and I'm not sure that would look very nice.

Maybe I could do away with the clamps and just butterfly bolt them to the dash with angled brackets, but I'd still have the same grommet problem.

A couple of pop-up cleats on each side, if wide enough (5/16"), would be kinda' neat and convenient, but too pricey.

Boat's max speed should be no more than 65.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I already bought the Windaways. I didn't buy the Finney's because rails would stick up too high. I want a mounting system that's removable or low profile.

I bought the windaways first as well. Soon after I found out the hard way what junk they are.
