It has a 2800' Priv airstrip so getting there is no problem.

I think it's a killer place. I sure as hell can't afford it but in a down market it would be a great buy-and-hold for a few. Alan Stanford set himself up with one of these and showed it's value at $600M just 3 months after paying $30M.
