I'll be working our sponsor's Drift ride program in the paddock at the Watkins Glen IRL race this weekend, and will be bringing the Batboat with me. My daytime schedule is a bit up in the air at this point, but you can post a note on this thread, and I'll check in from time to time.

I may be off-duty on Saturday, so I'm interested in the local hang-outs, swimming/raftup spots, etc. So far, Don Roberts has filled me in on the Showboat, the Crow's Nest, and Dresden Creek. I seem to remember a place pretty well up on the eastern shore as well...

The boat will be moored at the Village Marina, and I'd be happy to show the Ilmor 725 engine and Indy drive to any boaters who are interested during late afternoons and evenings. I've got some Ilmor handouts as well.

We were up in the Geneva area with this boat over Labor Day 2003, so we may run into some of you cats for the second time. Be sure to introduce yourselves if you see us.

Wish we where up on the lake this weekend I love Seneca lake and Caygua lake. We have done the poker runs there. The short video of TABOO on my web site was shot from the dock at the Showboat

We're parked at Village Marina right now. With the wind howling out of the north, the wife's nervous about launching it since she snapped the ACL in her right knee last week. There's still a small chance that we'll be out for a cruise tonight if the wind will shift a little.

Tomorrow night, we're scheduled to take Paul Ray (President of Ilmor) out for a run, possibly to The Showboat for dinner around 6:00 PM. If anyone has questions about the V-10/Drive package, this would be the time to ask them directly to the man who knows.

To the Velocity with the red "V": We didn't mean to toy with you on that run up the lake Saturday around 6:30. I had a boatload of people and a self-imposed "demo ride" speed limit of 75...

Glad you had a great time! How is Diane doing with her knee? Hope everything is ok especially for our Chesapeake run next month! We will have plenty of people to carry her if she needs it!
