This is why we created the CPBA
To stop legislation thats unfair to performance boaters like this example:

Make no mistake there are many out there who would like the LI sound to be next in line for something like this to be in effect. The river is already a problem for the S&F set.
So make sure you support the CPBA if you live in or boat in CT.
