what do you think a 22 foot chris craft stinger (cigarette style) with a 400 horse 454 should run top end ?

I`d say 62-63 on gps

I did a tune up the other day on a 2001 22' Cobalt with a 502 Mag MPI and it went 67.5 on GPS

what size prop and rpms???

I have a 22 Pachanga 1988 alpha drive 330 hp.
Put imco exhaust, 650 deamon carb, performer rpm intake,23 labbed Mirage prop. runs 68.4 gps with light load and low fuel. Normal running 65-67 gps.
Those are honest numbers, that might give you a good gage.
