Wow.
I'm not familiar at all with the set up of these boats. Foot throttle I understand, but what is the pedal on the left and the stick on the floor?

I have them used for a single cavitation plate across the transom so they can quickly adjust the bow down.

Default Cavitation plate.

The handle between your knees changes the 'home' position of the plate. The foot pedal allows quick changes from the home position...... down pedal = down plate. Helps to plant the boat.
