If it's a 1978 then it is a Charlie boat.
The lack of ugly portholes and sailboat style hull embedded nav lights leads me to think that it is a 1978.
Also the transom cut out looks a bit different than a port edgewood boat.
Looks like it has two gas tanks, (two fuel vents on the port side).
It's a good deal at that price.
