Default quicksilver shifter ?

have twin motors with a 1984 quicksilver shifter.....
one motor starts fine but the other when i turn the key theres nothing, i have to wiggle the shifter alittle then it fires up..
is there a bad contact or switch in there?

is it hard to replace and were do i buy it

Its the neutral safety switch i found one on ebay but it was a diff. style shifter really easy to change out on mine was only 8 bucks for switch. just search for boat neutral switch....
