what companys make dry exhaust? what do they start out price wise

Pretty much any exhaust manufacturer (CMI, Stellings, IMCO, Dana, Eddie Marine, Stainless Marine, etc.) will make dry tails for you. Just the tails, or risers on a manifold setup, will start about $1000 and go up from there depending on complexity. That is just for the tails or risers. That does not include the price of the headers, or manifolds. You could spend as little as about $2500 for manifolds and dry risers in a simple setup to well over 10K for big tube headers and dry tails. What do you have (boat and engine), what are you after, and what is your budget???

From a reliability standpoint as ease to deal with , I am a big fan of Stainless Marine. Depending on your engines you may give up some power with the Stainless stuff but it sure last long!

really like the look of the lighting headers but would like a dry setup.. like the tube header style

You can have a new tubular style header setup without being dry to the tips. The tails will be jacketed, but you can still introduce the water into the exhaust. I'm sure you know, but a completely dry exhaust(meaning the exhaust and water never mix) is VERY loud.

I was just going to add that point. How loud are they? Your dentist will be seeing you more often to replace fillings that were rattled out. A friend of mine had an old 10 meter (33') Fountain with dry pipes a number of years ago. You literally wanted to jump overboard after about 10 minutes. It's unbearable.

what would be the cheaper price on a tubular header dry system????

If those dry pipes are too much for someone I'll take'em off ya and put them in my boat..

What size and how much for the tails?

since water isnt going to exit the tails were will the exiting water leave with a dry exhaust?

Here is my Stainless Marine TRS dry exhaust, it is dry to the tips. Water exits out the 1" pipe.
