Default Problem 496 MAG HO with whipple

Hi,
i´m from germany and i´ve a mercruiser (2008) 496 MAG HO with a whipple supercharger kit. My english is not so perfect, but i will try to explain my problem at best. Three weeks ago the engine run´s perfect with full power at WOT(4900-5000rpm). Now the max. rpm is only 4300 and the engine have not the full power like in the past. We connect a mercruiser scan tool and run the boat. At max speed we get a fault of the TPS (TPS 1 Range Hi). Now my question. Is it a malfunktion of the trottle position sensor, so that i have to change it, or is there a possibilty to adjust the sensor. I´ve no instruction manual of the whipple kit because the previous owner can´t find it. Where can i get a new sensor, if it is necessary to change it? Have anyone a manual for me of the charger?
Thanks for help!!!!

Kind regards

Stefan

Yes it is adjustable. You need a scan tool or a electronic volt meter. The manual that comes with the Whipple is a must. It gives all the set up parameters and some trouble shooting. Dustin Whipple has most of these manuals in a file that he can e-mail. Call the shop and see if they can e-mail you one or send a e-mail to them.

your tps voltage should be 6.5 at idle ,it may just be in you trottle linkage.

Your TPS voltage in the closed throttle position should be between .50 and .60 as a good starting point never anymore.
Stock is .48 to .51
