Default Blower duct hose?

Does anyone know a place to get quality blower duct hose? The stuff I see around has been not much better then a dryer hose. I was hoping some one makes a better more heavy duty hose.

Thanks
Jon

If you want best quality and don't mind the price (it's expensive) use Aeroduct or more commonly known as scat tubing. I use it all the time for aircraft heater duct. It's fuel resistant, fire resistant, and will last forever. I plan on replacing my ducting with it in the fall. Look at chiefaircraft.com and search for "scat tubing"

Either 3" or 4" duct. As far as USCG approved goes, I have no idea. The blower motors have to be approved but the tubing is anyone's guess. All I know is scat tubing is FAA approved and everyone says my boat "flies" across the water........ gotta be good enough

I highly doubt that is an item that needs to be USCG approved. Mine does not have any markings on the tube.

This stuff is AWSOME! Trident Polyduct hose

http://www.tridentmarine.com/stage/ventduct.htm

It's not cheap, but you won't have to keep replacing it. Mine was 3 years old and was like new. You can get it by the foot here:
http://www.defender.com/product.jsp?path=-1|6880|46775|732134&id=732052

Of you can order a box from a supplier (Like Paxton or Land N Sea) for lots less.
